This quadrant contains two housing units as well as the workmans unit which contains the power stations, import/export and storage. The lower right quadrant is designed to house minimum security prisoners. Each house contains a 50 cell, their own common room, showering facilities, guard break room and the yard. Both these quardrants contains three housing units. The two quardrants on the left is designed to house medium security prisoners. The prison is surrounded with a perimeter fence, guarded by towers.
